MALCOLM DAVIES

In the late 1970's Malcolm discovered a passion for painting cars. Starting with F1 he moved on to road cars as friends commissioned pictures.

Since the early 1980's Malcolm has exhibited his work at both the Ferrari Owners Club GB and Porsche Club GB. This has resulted in his paintings hanging in many private collections including that of music producer Pete Waterman. His work has appeared in "Ferrari World" as pull out prints and within the buyers guide.

Subjects are usually painted against a white background to highlight them, a popular choice, but some recent work has included stately home settings.

Acrylic is applied over the extensively researched base drawing to heighten that all important metallic effect.
