KEITH WOODCOCK

Keith Woodcock has been a full-time professional artist for over 25 years and has completed around fifteen hundred paintings for car and aircraft manufacturers, airlines, government departments, armed forces, the Post Office and museums, as well as for private individuals in Europe, the United States, the Middle and Far East and Scandinavia. Virtually all his work is specially commissioned.

During that time he has only ever produced motoring and aviation subjects and has therefore gained extensive knowledge and experience in these chosen fields.

A winner of 12 International Art Awards, the most recent being in Seattle in June 2008, the artist is a full time member of both the Guild of Motoring Artists and the Guild of Aviation Artists as well as a Fellow of the American Society of Aviation Artists.

"Light, either natural or artificial, is the most important and critical feature of my paintings. I use it to enhance the drama and atmosphere of a situation. On the other hand, my 'fusion compositions' (middle left and right) are much more challenging, allowing greater freedom to stretch my creativity and imagination, vitally important for any artist. Their subject matter is also limitless, which I find extremely stimulating."
